Jonathan, as a Therapist,

 graduated with a Master's in Science of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and became a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York City. They work at Interbeing Wellness LCSW PLLC, a private practice, and specialize in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who struggle with trauma, avoidance of tough emotions, and being high-achievers in New York State and NYC. At the crux of all of the modalities they use, they value being a highly relational, humanistic therapist.

Their praxis comprises an eclectic mix of trauma-responsive, anti-racist,  and anti-oppressive lenses, EMDR, Gestalt therapy, somatic work,  mindfulness and meditation,  eco-therapy, and ancestral healing practices.
